The focus of our retreat is to cultivate deep listening skills by exploring mindfulness practices together. As we listen more deeply to our inner voices, bodies and hearts, our awareness becomes more keen. In this awake state our awareness becomes an all-encompassing, spacious state. Collectively, we develop a deeper sensitivity to our true and whole experience. Through this deep listening, we can better understand and heal ourselves.
Together, as we listen deeply and mindfully, we will experience nourishing blends of qigong, restorative yoga, breath work, heart-opening poems and meditation woven together with the soothing and expansive sounds of crystal singing bowls. All levels welcome!
Please note the following:
- 20 person limit
- Masks are optional. We ask that you take a rapid Covid test on the morning of the retreat and provide a picture of your negative test to show to us. Only participate at your optimal health condition, even if you have tested negative for Covid. Please refrain from participating if you have a fever or any cold or allergy symptoms such as cough, sneezing, runny nose, low energy due to these symptoms.
