We’re seeking an Executive Director

Mountain Stream Sangha is entering an exciting new chapter. We are seeking a full-time Executive Director—a dedicated Buddhadharma practitioner with strong leadership, organizational, and development skills. This new role combines the responsibilities of Center Director and Development Director into one integrated position, supporting both the daily operations and long-term growth of our Sangha.

We are looking for someone who is inspired to serve a practice-centered, heart-rooted community, working closely with our Guiding Teacher, Board, staff, and volunteers to steward the center, nurture sangha life, and support the continued flourishing of the Dharma.
