Retreat Description: Join Kevin Griffin and Karson Koshin for a two-day non-residential Buddhist Recovery retreat on the Four Noble Truths and the Noble Eightfold Path in the context of recovery.

We will explore how the Buddha’s core teachings speak directly to the suffering of addiction and the possibility of freedom. Through dharma talks, meditation, reflection, and group inquiry, we will investigate craving, suffering, ethical living, healing, and awakening as they unfold in recovery.
