Evening Description: Outdoor Sunset Meditation ~
We will gather at a private home on Cement Hill Ridge with beautiful views of the mountains, trees and sky. Our meditation will focus on awareness of the senses to help connect to ourselves as Earth. We will sense what part of nature is calling to us, listen to bird song and frog song, feel the wind on our skin and the Earth under our feet, smell the forest and watch the colors change and practice big sky mind meditation. This evening will include a dharma talk, walking and sitting meditation and a Work That Reconnects practice outside.
