As we cross into a new year, this gathering offers a chance to slow down, reconnect, and set intentions from a steadier place. We’ll begin with dharma reflections and guided meditation, exploring how a grounded, open heart can meet both the uncertainty and possibility that accompany transition.

After a simple time of tea, cookies, and community connection, we’ll continue with a sound healing session led by Miyu Tamamura. Through tone, vibration, and quiet spaciousness, the practice supports settling the body, softening the mind, and listening for what truly matters.

This evening is an invitation to begin the year with presence, sincerity, and courage - meeting what’s ahead with a heart that is both receptive and clear.
