Long time Sitting Group Member Susan Ford will once again lead us in Qi Gong practice. This simple movement practice involves easyand slow movements that most people can easily do. Susan trained with Qi Gong and Zen Master Teja Bell. Her teaching is very calming and relaxing and an excellent addition to meditation.
