Sitting Group Dharma Talk Speakers
Nevada City/Grass Valley Mondays 7:30 to 9:00. All are Welcome. Instructions for beginnning meditators are offered every Monday night. We sit promptly at 7:30 for about 40 to 45 minutes. The yoga center has blankets and bolsters and throw pillows. You might want to bring your own camp or folding chair if you need to sit in a chair. The sitting is followed by a Dharma Talk given by the following speakers:
In 2011, John Travis will return from six months or practice in Ladakh and Dharamsala. Upon his return he is scheduled to speak at the Monday night group every night between January 3 and February 28. Should be wonderful!
