We sit promptly at 6:30 for about 40 to 45 minutes. The sitting is followed by a Dharma Talk given by a speaker. The yoga center has blankets and bolsters and throw pillows. You might want to bring your own camp chair if you need to sit. The yoga center does have a few metal folding chairs available.
