Canyon Spirit Yoga Center

Tuesdays 7:30 to 9:00.
All are Welcome.
We sit promptly at 7:30 for about 40 to 45 minutes. The yoga center has blankets and bolsters and throw pillows. You might want to bring your own camp chair if you need to sit in a chair. The yoga center does have a few metal folding chairs available.
The sitting is followed by a Dharma Talk given by the following speakers:

IN 2011, John Travis and Heather Sundberg will return from 6 months in Asia at the beginning of the year.
John Travis will speak in Auburn on January 18 and February 22.
Heather Sundberg will speak in Auburn on January 4. She will also present a series on April 5, April 12, April 24 and May 3. Topic to be announced.
